Oasis Amenities is leading the full design, engineering, aquatic systems, architecture, and construction of a 3-acre Oasis Spring within a new 3,500+ single-family home community in suburban Orlando, Florida, with an estimated opening in 2027. Designed to reflect the natural character of Central Florida, the amenity will feature a swim-up bar, an over-water obstacle course, an adjoining park with a playground, beach volleyball, and numerous tennis and pickleball courts.
