This public-access, resident-anchored development features a 7.5-acre lagoon and a full suite of amenities, including a restaurant, swim-up bar, Cabana Cove, Gasparilla Island, Wibit, The Hub, cabanas, floating cabanas and dock, an inflatable slide, beaches, and pavilions. During peak season, the facility averages over 1,200 visitors per day. Oasis Amenities managed permitting, coordination, and construction of the facility’s amenities and entry features, as well as site improvements across 25 acres, multiple buildings, and food and beverage facilities.
