Scheduled to open in late 2026 or early 2027, this Dallas, Texas development will bring more than 12,000 single-family homes to a Dallas suburb. Among its numerous large-scale amenities, Oasis Spring will span just over two acres and feature a private cabana hub, restaurant space, and a covered event lawn ideal for weddings and special occasions.
