We are excited to announce our partnership in the development of The Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma. Set to begin construction in March 2024, this project will feature an 11-acre Oasis Spring designed by Oasis Amenities. The Oasis Springs, Caribbean Bay, will be the first of its kind in Oklahoma and will feature beautiful white sand beaches, islands, cabanas and more. The Oasis Springs will offer residents and visitors a unique, appealing, and safe place to swim and relax.

The project will also be part of a larger resort complex that includes a Hard Rock Hotel with 189 rooms and 25 suites, The Residences – 168 residence rentals, an 18,000-square-foot conference center, a Rock Spa, a Body Rock Fitness Center, a rooftop bar, fine dining, and an all-day dining restaurant. The development will also be serviced by a Chickasaw Casino, onsite golf course and a 320-slip marina.
The development of the Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma is projected to open in 2026 and create over 9,000 jobs in the area; boosting tourism and revitalizing the local economy.
