The Beach Club by American Communities is a master planned community expected to consist of 5,000 units. The facility's programming will be split up into different access zones for public, private and hotel use. Spring amenities will include two swim-up bars, an island, inflatable obstacle course, private cabanas and pavilions. Various art installations by renowned artist Cyril Kongo will be featured throughout the site.
