Co-Founder

Co-Founder Jake Rogers has 20+ years in development and construction. Jake has earned a reputation for completing high-profile projects timely and within budget resulting in client loyalty and multi-year relationships.

Through the execution of several large-scale projects, Jake discovered challenges coordinating both the design and construction of development projects. He set out to fix that dilemma and, in turn, co-created Oasis Amenities as a single-source solution for developers to address the ongoing design-build challenges within the aquatics-based facilities industry.

Growing up in a construction and development family, Jake spent some of his childhood weekends on construction sites with his dad and others on development sites with his stepdad. Jake worked for a publicly traded national homebuilder for the first seven years of his career. After the construction downturn, Jake branched off and started The Rogers Group over 14 years ago. Jake’s experience is instrumental in leading the development operations of Oasis Amenities.
