Drew Kibler

Drew serves as the Business Development Manager at Oasis Amenities, where he focuses on strategic partnerships and driving growth across residential and resort amenity projects. Drawing on the discipline and high-performance mindset, developed as an Olympic silver medalist and professional athlete, Drew approaches business development with a commitment to excellence and results.

 

Originally from Indiana, Drew has lived in Phoenix, Austin, and currently resides in Los Angeles, experiences that have shaped his perspective on regional development and design. Prior to joining Oasis, he held roles in project management with Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) and in brand strategy and marketing consulting, supporting clients in elevating their market presence and operational effectiveness. He has worked closely with stakeholders at every level to align vision, strategy, and execution on complex development initiatives.

Drew earned his degree from The University of Texas, where he balanced rigorous academics with an elite athletic career. Outside of work, he finds inspiration in painting, music, and software development – creative outlets that reflect his curiosity and drive to explore new ideas. At Oasis, he leverages this diverse background to create value for clients and position the company at the forefront of the design-build amenity sector.
