Alissa Sieben
Managing Director
Alissa Sieben leads Oasis Amenities alongside Souza Development and Alda Strategic. With a background in land use law and large-scale commercial development, she brings sharp strategic focus to every project, driving complex initiatives from acquisition through delivery.
Prior to her current roles, Alissa served as SVP at 2nd Wave Development, where she delivered over 1,300 multifamily units. She also led for-sale urban core residential developments at Laine Development and brings deep expertise in entitlements, zoning, and regulatory compliance.
Alissa holds a JD (Cum Laude) and a BS in Entrepreneurship (Cum Laude) from Florida State University. She currently serves as a member of the Tampa Planning Commission (2023-2027) and the Tampa Affordable Housing Advisory Committee, and is active with CREW Tampa Bay, ULI, and AICP.
